DOMESTIC ORDERS

Returns: Teal Spirit will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. To return your item(s):

• Return your item(s) by printing out a shipping label sent to you after contacting contact@tealspirit.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Mail back your order within one week of receiving the return label.
• Your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges: Teal Spirit accepts exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase.

• Black Friday orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Orders purchased during a sitewide sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Items purchased during promotional periods are non-refundable. Teal Spirit is not responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
